The application procedures, value of the Fellowships, deadlines etc. are different for the Hebrew University and for the Technion.

You may apply to both the Hebrew University and to the Technion assuming that your discipline is taught at both institutions. In the event that a Fellowship is awarded separately by the respective academic committees of each institution, that Fellow will be allowed to accept only one Fellowship.
